Enthusiastic, experienced and qualified, Mark at Evolve PM Consulting is dedicated to providing bespoke Human Resource and Business support for small to medium sized businesses. With over 15 years management and HR experience, across multiple industries, Mark has managed and advised on major change projects and long term sustainable business initiatives. Recruitment and Employee retention

When recruiting employees, it is essential to assess each applicant on their skills and ability for the role.  We can draw up job descriptions and job adverts, that project the best image of your organisation, that makes it attractive to job seekers. We will then ensure you select the most suitable person(s) for the role.

When selected we can support you and your new employee(s) through an induction that is tailored to your organisation and the role.


Our fee structure is designed to be flexible so that it appeals to organisations large and small and highlights how we can be a cost-effective way of supporting your business needs by offering a comprehensive range of services.

Monthly retainer

This is a cost-effective way of ensuring you have suitable HR and business support when you need it. For a set monthly fee, that we will agree when we meet and assess your needs, we will ensure we provide you with the best possible support, that is much less expensive than hiring someone to perform this role.

The retainer agreement is renewable on a yearly basis.

One off fees

For this we can offer support when required on an hourly or day rate.


For specific projects, including short term management solutions, we use our extensive multi-industry management experience, and can discuss your requirements and offer a full project breakdown, with timescales, ensuring we meet the project aim with costs quoted by the day, before we commence the project activity.
